How the repair works
- Drop-off. Bring your device in, no appointment needed. You can also send it by courier, parcel locker or taxi courier.
- Diagnosis and quote. We check the device and call you with the diagnosis and price the same or the next working day.
- Repair. We start only after you accept the quote. A typical repair takes one or two working days, longer when a part has to be ordered. Liquid damage can take longer, and we tell you in advance.
- Warranty. Every repair comes with a 3-month warranty, and every new part with a 2-year warranty.
