No appointment needed
Just come in during opening hours. You can also call first: some problems can be solved over the phone.
We speak English
Ask for Tomasz, who speaks fluent English. To make sure he is in when you visit, call us before you come. We also happily use translator apps, so we will get along with everyone, relaxed and with a smile.

We are in the city centre, so there are many public transport connections nearby.
Free customer parking
The car park is in the courtyard behind the building. To drive in, turn right into the gateway.
If the courtyard is full
You can park along Próchnika street, or turn right into Wólczańska street, where there is a paid car park (Cosinus).
Sending a device
You can send your device by courier, through a parcel locker or with a taxi courier. Add a short description of the fault and your contact details, then call us to agree the details.
